Services
Senior Services
Senior Services offers older individuals a unique alternative to traditional day program services providing opportunities to participate in community activities and to socialize with their peers. This program allows seniors to remain active, healthy, and contributing members of society. It also specializes in meeting the needs of people experiencing physical, mental, and emotional challenges later in their life.
Vocational Evaluation
A vocational evaluation assesses an individual's skills and develops a program plan from the results. The individual is then referred to a program suited to his/her needs, choices and abilities.
Developmental Training
The needs of individuals with severe disabilities are addressed in developmental training. Individuals are given the opportunity to build work skills which develop their ability to make choices, interact in the community and form a positive self-concept.
Home Based Support
Services
This program provides a services facilitator
who helps coordinate various services needed by the individual or
their family. For example, a personal support worker can be
assigned to give individualized supportive services tailored to meet
the needs and service preferences of an individual without having to
leave home. The goal of these services is to improve an
individual's skill level while further integrating them into the
community.
